Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Previous retail or guest-service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet guests warmly to drive sales.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach and direct store team to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Engage guests with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Support merchandising, stock, and visual presentation.
• Protect cash, inventory, and store assets according to policy.
