Overtime is seeking a creative, driven Social Producer for Branded Social Content in New York. You will lead shoots, direct talent, and edit social videos that feel native to Overtime’s channels, delivering engaging content for brand partners.

The role focuses on producing in-studio and on-location shoots, shaping concepts, and presenting strong stories with clear direction. Travel and weekend work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in video or social content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with examples of social videos you’ve edited.
• Experience producing shoots and directing talent, including giving clear direction and adjusting in the moment.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to keep a video moving.

Responsibilities

• Edit social videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, building hooks and pacing to highlight best moments.
• Produce shoots in studio and on location, directing talent and capturing performances.
• Prepare questions, beats, and shoot plans to execute concepts and adapt to opportunities.
• Develop and pitch creative concepts that fit the brand voice and integrate partners.
• Capture content on iPhone as needed and coordinate with crews on larger shoots.
• Own assigned shoots and edits, communicating progress and delivering revisions on schedule.
• Collaborate with Content Ops, Branded Content, and Social teams to meet campaign needs.
• Share observations to improve formats and explore new ideas.
