Qualifications

8+ years of web design, digital design, or related field.
Proficient in Figma for design systems and prototyping.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; front-end frameworks a plus.
Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Ability to translate business needs into production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

Design responsive, visually compelling layouts across Scale's digital properties, focusing on scale.com.
Create reusable design components, patterns, and systems for consistency across web experiences.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups translating business objectives and user needs.
Bridge design and development by delivering specifications and reviewing builds with engineers.
Design for performance and usability with accessibility as a priority across devices.
Evolve the Scale brand by maintaining visual identity and exploring new design directions.
Experiment with emerging AI tools to accelerate workflows and inform decisions.
Iterate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve web experiences.
