Ash & Ember is seeking a Creative Specialist to partner with the Marketing Manager and team to craft visual content that grows brand awareness and drives sales across web, email, paid ads, social, and print. The role requires strong design skills, brand discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects while preserving each brand’s identity.

You will design assets for product launches and campaigns, create responsive website and landing page mockups in Figma, and develop motion graphics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong marketing portfolio.
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing email creative for marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Strong typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain each brand’s visual identity and graphic standards across materials.
• Design website banners, email assets, and print materials for promotions and launches.
• Create website and landing page mockups in Figma showing layout and design direction.
• Develop paid ad creative variations for different placements and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to translate goals into engaging designs.
• Create graphics explaining products for customers and internal teams.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery, balancing deadlines and feedback.
• Use campaign insights to refine creative and inform future designs.
• Contribute to additional creative projects as needs evolve.
