The role emphasizes collaboration within the Marketing and Brand Strategy team, managing multiple projects, and delivering visually compelling content for diverse audiences on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of graphic design experience.
• Experience preparing files for commercial print production.
• Familiarity with higher education or nonprofit communications preferred.
• Experience managing digital assets and image libraries.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Create brand-aligned content to support institutional storytelling.
• Draft and edit written materials and visual content.
• Apply brand and style guidelines consistently across all communications.
• Design and produce digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Resize and adapt documents for multiple formats and channels (print, web, email, social media).
• Produce social media assets including posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and thumbnails.
• Prepare files for professional print production, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, bleed, and export specifications.
• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including file organization, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Maintain institutional brand standards across all materials, including logos, color palettes, typography, tone, and layout.
• Collaborate with the Communications/Marketing team on campaigns, events, and special projects.
• Contribute ideas and creative support as part of a team environment.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
