Job summary

Trove Brands in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Video Production Specialist to produce high-quality video content for our family of brands across digital, social, retail, and ecommerce. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, collaborating with producers, designers, marketers, and other creatives.

Requirements include commercial shooting experience, pre-production capabilities, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Commercial shooting experience in product and lifestyle advertising.
• Experience in pre-production: concepts, storyboards, pitch decks, planning shoots.
• Strong organization: budgets, timelines, stakeholders.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, storyboards, and pitch decks to communicate campaign ideas.
• Plan, shoot, and occasionally edit video content from concept to final delivery.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Create content for advertising, social media, retail, eCommerce, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Direct talent and maintain a professional production environment.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize media, maintain project files, and uphold production standards.
