Job summary

Cavco Industries seeks a Digital Media Producer in Plano, TX to create end-to-end video, photography, and editing for our brand. You will shoot nationwide for homeowner stories and dealer experiences, delivering content across social, website, advertising, and trade shows.

The role blends storytelling with hands-on production, photography, post‑production, and 3D capture; drone experience is a plus. You will work closely with the marketing team to elevate Cavco's visual content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of professional video and photography production experience.
• Online portfolio or demo reel required.
• Comfort shooting with premium cameras to mobile devices.
• Strong photography in interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle.
• Experience with sound mixing and editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fast-paced team player.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel domestically by air and car.
• Willingness to travel for content capture.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video across formats (brand films, testimonials, social content).
• Produce professional photography for homes, model homes, and events.
• Capture 3D virtual walkthroughs using Matterport or similar platforms.
• Assist through pre-prod to final delivery across platforms and formats.
• Create platform-native short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Collaborate with social, content, and marketing teams to plan campaigns.
• Maintain Cavco's digital media asset library and tagging system.
• Stay current on trends and AI-assisted production tools.
