Job summary

HorsePower Brands is seeking a Brand Vice President to serve as the senior operations leader across our franchise network. Reporting to the Brand President, you will drive franchisee performance, operational excellence, and overall system health while guiding the Franchise Business Coach team.

This role partners with Marketing, Training, Technology, Finance, and other support groups to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives, rollout new tools and processes, and support onboarding,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system.
• 3+ years of franchisor operations leadership experience.
• Prior FBC experience or leading an FBC team is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and service levels.

Position Overview

The Brand Vice President is the senior operational leader responsible for franchisee performance, operational excellence, and overall system health. Working closely with the Brand President, this role executes strategic priorities, leads the Franchise Business Coach (FBC) team, and drives consistency and growth across the franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic and operational priorities in partnership with the Brand President.


• Drive franchisee performance, operational consistency, accountability, and profitability.


• Lead, coach, and develop the Franchise Business Coach team.


• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.


• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Technology, Finance, and other support teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.


• Lead the rollout and adoption of operational tools, technology, processes, and best practices.


• Support franchise development, Discovery Days, onboarding, training, and post-launch franchisee success.


• Build strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and strategic partners.


• Reinforce brand standards, operational expectations, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system; Painting and/or Roofing franchising experience strongly preferred.


• 3+ years of franchisor operations leadership experience.


• Prior experience as a Franchise Business Coach (FBC), working directly with FBCs, or leading an FBC team strongly preferred.


• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.


• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational execution.
