Job summary

Softline Solutions, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Brand Systems Designer to act as the production backbone of the Brand Systems team in Southern California.

You will ensure brand standards stay precise, assets remain sharp, and guidelines live across high volumes of work, spanning logo identities, packaging, print, digital, and OOH. The role blends production craft with brand systems strategy, defending design decisions and embracing AI-enabled workflows to increase speed, quality, and creative

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related production-focused role.
• Strong production craft with understanding of brand systems and their rationale.

Responsibilities

• Execute logo design and brand identity work across active projects and deliver final files in all formats.
• Define and apply typography, color, iconography, and photography direction for scalable brand systems.
• Own brand guideline development for use by designers, partners, and vendors.
