Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess needs, and suggest merchandise with styling help.
• Achieve sales goals; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to maintain store standards and guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge on features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
