Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class shopping experience and contribute to profitability. You will welcome guests, offer styling advice, and help maintain an appealing store environment.

You will work nights and weekends, meet personal sales goals, and collaborate with a team to achieve store targets while maintaining product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase sales.
• Able to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Ability to operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and determine their needs with styling recommendations.
• Achieve sales goals and upsell/cross-sell.
• Collaborate with team to maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features, benefits, pricing.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
• Process transactions using POS system and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving and counts.
• Follow safety policies.
