Job summary

Jazwares, LLC in Culver City, CA seeks an Associate Brand Manager to drive strategy, storytelling and partnerships for Squishmallows, a world‑renowned franchise. You will collaborate with Design, Creative, Product Development, Global Events and Sales to bring the brand to life at every touchpoint.

You will manage multiple initiatives from concept through execution, develop timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables stay on track while maintaining brand integrity with licensors.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products or toys is preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing and brand integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily brand operations across design, packaging, marketing, licensing and international teams.
• Assist in all phases of product development from concept to market.
• Evaluate POS data and consumer insights to inform product positioning.
• Own product line planning documents and ensure updates are communicated.
• Coordinate development samples, photography, and copy briefs for sales use.
• Support creation of brand decks and sales materials with cross-functional inputs.
• Track sales and profitability; participate in key account calls.
