Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. invites an MBA intern to join the Marketing Brand Management team in Arden Hills, MN for a ~10-week program (June–August 2027). You will work on real-world projects across Dairy Foods and Animal Nutrition, testing strategic thinking, data insights, and effective communication.

You will receive mentorship, expand your professional network to executive leadership, and present your recommendations to marketing and business leaders at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Current first-year MBA student with expected graduation Spring or Summer 2028.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a real world, business-critical project testing strategic thinking and insights.
