Job summary

Sage Dental is seeking a Brand Manager, Strategic Initiatives to drive non-paid marketing initiatives, expand local brand presence, and strengthen community relationships. The role partners with cross-functional teams to develop market activation plans and support practice openings.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in brand marketing, partnerships, and community programs, with experience in multi-location or market launches. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience with emphasis on brand marketing, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional marketing projects and partnerships.
• Experience supporting new market launches or multi-location organizations preferred.
• Healthcare, dental, or retail healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, non-paid marketing initiatives to expand brand presence and community trust.
• Develop localized market activation plans and partnerships for new and existing markets.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communications.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables, including content, materials, events, and translations.
• Review materials for brand consistency and regulatory compliance; monitor results and optimize plans.
