We are seeking a creative Brand Designer/Strategist to join our client in a fitness supplement company and bring the brand vision to life through compelling visual content. This role focuses primarily on graphic design execution while contributing strategic brand insights to support our organic social media presence and overall brand development

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation
  • Design engaging visual content based on content plans prepared by the social media manager
  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for organic social media platforms
  • Develop consistent visual storytelling that aligns with the fitness supplement brand identity
  • Design product-focused content including supplement packaging showcases, ingredient highlights, and workout-related visuals
  • Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Brand Strategy & Development
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine overall brand strategy
  • Contribute creative insights to strengthen brand positioning in the competitive fitness supplement market
  • Research industry trends and competitor visual strategies to inform design decisions
  • Help establish and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Support brand evolution and adaptation based on market feedback and business goals
Content Planning & Execution
  • Work closely with the social media manager to understand content calendar requirements
  • Transform content briefs into compelling visual designs that drive engagement
  • Create template systems and design frameworks for efficient content production
  • Develop seasonal campaigns and promotional content aligned with fitness industry cycles
  • Optimize designs for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Creative Asset Management
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and design systems for team accessibility
  • Create scalable design templates for recurring content needs
  • Ensure all visual content meets platform specifications and best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to align visual content with broader marketing initiatives
  • Design Expertise: Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fitness and supplement industry, including target audiences and market trends
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms with understanding of platform-specific requirements
  • Brand Thinking: Ability to think strategically about brand development while executing tactical design work
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with social media managers and cross-functional teams
