Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative strategy for client accounts.
Conduct research and discovery to understand audiences, markets, and business challenges.
Turn findings into clear recommendations and creative direction.
Partner with writers, designers, and directors to bring the strategy into the finished work.
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Help maintain and evolve Story's own brand voice.
Experience in brand strategy, communications, or a related field.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear narratives.
Organization and follow-through across multiple client accounts.
Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.

An instinct for finding a useful insight in research.
Ability to connect strategic thinking to specific creative choices.
