Job summary

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to bring our brands to life across digital platforms in New Orleans. You will produce photo, video, and written content that captures culture, food, and guest experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of trends, and uses storytelling to drive engagement and community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or related role.
• Strong photography, video production, editing, and copywriting skills.
• Experience using scheduling, analytics, and content editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, locations, or brands simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish original content aligned with brand voice and campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain posting calendars across multiple brands or locations.
• Develop ideas to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
• Write captions and promotional copy consistent with brand standards.
• Manage daily social media activity including posting and responding to guest interactions.
• Monitor user-generated content and amplify brand advocacy opportunities.
• Build relationships with influencers and collaborators.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
• Align content with seasonal campaigns and business priorities.
• Track performance metrics and derive insights to improve campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging platforms for opportunities.
• Stay current on trends, editing tools, and platform updates.
