Job summary

VITALSpace is seeking a Marketing Content & Presentation Specialist to develop professional presentations and sales materials across its brands. The role translates technical information into polished, brand-consistent content and collaborates with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.

You will craft PowerPoint presentations, product sheets, brochures and marketing content, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and supports multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated presentation development.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; simplify technical information.
• Experience creating professional marketing collateral and other visual communications.
• Strong visual communication and layout skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently from direction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for sales, meetings, leadership and events.
• Transform rough content into clear, visually engaging presentations with strong messaging.
• Maintain master decks, templates and frequently used slides across brands.
• Gather assets from stakeholders and manage requests through completion.
• Create product sheets, brochures, case studies and other sales materials.
• Translate technical information into customer-facing content with SME input.
• Update materials as products and messaging change.
• Support development of recruiting and event materials as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute initiatives across brands and manage multiple requests.
