Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Brand & Creative Services Partner in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will uphold the Pokémon brand standards across products and marketing, review partner submissions, and guide licensees on brand interpretation.

You will manage schedules, create training materials, and travel as needed to ensure quality and timely rollouts. With 3–4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, you’ll leverage Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and MS Office

Qualifications

• Three to four years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with review/feedback to ensure brand compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve submissions for partners, ensuring brand guideline alignment and use of provided art assets.
• Identify challenges with schedules and escalate to manager with proposed solutions.
• Guide partners to acceptable brand interpretations for products.
• Collaborate with licensees to determine best product and character rollout.
• Assist stakeholders to represent the Pokémon brand in products and marketing materials.
• Communicate daily with internal/external partners via phone, Zoom, or email.
• Maintain records of development from concept to approval.
• Develop process documents, tools, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Create presentations and assist with projects as needed.
• Organize and record product samples.
• Distribute new assets and information to licensees.
• Attend on-site and off-site meetings with licensees; some travel may be required.
