About The Role
Southeastern Equipment is looking for a Brand Specialist to support and grow our brand presence across digital, physical, and in-person touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of marketing experience who wants to expand their skills in content creation, social media, local marketing, PR, and events. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and excited about building a recognizable, trusted brand in the construction equipment industry, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Organic Social Media
- Support content development efforts including blog posts, videos, photography, and other multimedia assets.
- Plan and develop organic social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor engagement and make recommendations to improve reach and interaction.
- Increase our follows and engagement through strategic campaigns and content.
- Events, Trade Shows & Sponsorships
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and booth setup. 1-2 times a year required for physical set up.
- Track leads and outcomes from tradeshow and event participation.
- Website & Digital Experience
- Create landing pages and content to support campaigns and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Performance Marketing Manager to implement SEO and content strategies that improve visibility and the customer experience.
- Help create lead magnets, sales enablement tools, and other content to bring in leads through digital marketing channels
- PR & Brand Awareness
- Draft press releases and assist with media outreach to enhance brand credibility.
- Help maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Assist in managing online reviews (e.g., Google Business) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) processes.
- Brand Presence, Apparel & Co-Op
- Support dealership branding efforts (signage, promotional items, internal branding).
- Assist in managing promotional apparel and merchandise.
- Help track and apply manufacturer co-op funds in compliance with guidelines.

Who You Are

- Comfortable writing and editing content for various platforms.
- Familiar with digital marketing concepts (bonus for SEO, social media, or WordPress experience).
- A team player who collaborates well across departments.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (industry experience is a plus, but not required).
