Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar field
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Photoshop/Illustrator or similar.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Advertising, Mailchimp, WordPress, YouTube Studio, Canva, CRM software, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
• Experience in digital marketing strategies including branding, video editing, photography, and e-commerce integration is desirable.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase engagement and followers.
• Create content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.
• Plan and execute campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, websites and social platforms.
• Develop graphics and brochures for the Sales Team as needed.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize efforts.
• Analyze web analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
