Cymbiotika is seeking a Brand and Social Media Manager to run the Durana brand's daily operations, support partnerships, manage communications, and own the social media presence across channels.

The Brand and Social Media Manager reports to the Director of Partnerships, PR & Collaborations and works closely with the Director of Social Media. This role is responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Durana brand, supporting partnerships, managing communications and logistics, handling administrative workflows, and owning the brand's daily social media presence and content execution. The Brand and Social Media Manager turns strategy into execution, keeping both the brand's operations and its social channels running smoothly and consistently.
Perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities.
This position follows an enforced hybrid schedule, requiring team members to be present in our San Diego, California office at least four days per week (Monday–Thursday). Fridays are available for remote work. This role also requires attendance at all in-person monthly team meetings and quarterly company events.
This role primarily involves office-based work and requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items up to 20–30 pounds, such as files or office supplies. Employees should be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer-based tasks, including prolonged exposure to a computer screen.
The salary range for this position is $85,000-120,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
