Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to own and grow its insurance verticals across social platforms. You will plan and publish engaging content, manage calendars, and monitor performance to drive brand awareness and audience growth.

You will lead caption writing, community engagement, and trend research while coordinating with internal teams and external partners for scalable creative support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or agency.
• Proven growth in reach, engagement, or followers through organic content.
• Strong copywriting and community-management skills.
• Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Portfolio or examples of social media accounts and content managed.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance verticals social media profiles and maintain a consistent, active brand presence across all relevant platforms.
• Develop and manage a content calendar that supports brand awareness and campaigns.
• Create original social media content and coordinate with internal teams or partners for creative support.
• Write engaging captions and social copy aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and conversations, responding professionally.
• Research trends, platform updates, audience interests, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
• Recommend new content concepts and engagement strategies to increase reach and followers.
• Publish and optimize content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Track metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, content performance.
• Prepare regular performance updates and use insights to improve strategy.
