Job summary

Westfalia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Social Media & Events Coordinator to join its Marketing team in the United States.

The role oversees daily social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, while supporting tradeshow, event, and promotional programs. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-directed, and capable of creating brand-compliant content on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field required.
• A design-focused background or design coursework is required; or equivalent professional design experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2–4 years of professional experience across marketing, social media, or design.
• Demonstrated experience supporting tradeshows, events, or conferences.
• Exposure to website content management and email marketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operation of Westfalia’s social media accounts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Builds and maintains the social content calendar aligned with campaign, product, and event timelines.
• Adapts assets into platform-correct sizes and creates social graphics from brand templates; manages paid social placements and reports performance.
• Writes, edits, and proofs post copy and hashtags in line with brand voice.
• Tracks engagement and growth; delivers monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinates logistics for tradeshows and events including registration, travel, lodging, and staffing.
• Maintains annual event calendar and per-show task timelines with deadlines and owners.
• Executes pre-, at-, and post-show social promotion and tracks spend against budget.
• Maintains the marketing asset library for easy access and reuse.
• Other duties as assigned.
