TikTok is offering an internship for Brand Search Ads within the Global Monetization Product and Technology team in San Jose. You will help set the go-to-market strategy across regions, partner with product and regional teams, and represent advertiser needs to influence the organic search product roadmap.

We look for candidates pursuing a Master’s in Business or related discipline with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL/Python or BI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; proficient in SQL/Python or BI tools (Tableau).
• Structured communicator with experience writing MRDs; translate customer needs into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scale AI creative product operations and drive global adoption of GenAI tools.
• Support creator marketing ecosystem building and analyze top brand collaboration cases.
• Contribute to brand and marketing IP and moment operations for global campaigns.
• Track regional adoption of non-standard products and build flagship case libraries.
• Build automated monitoring dashboards and perform attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks.
