Brobston Group is seeking a Designated Selling Associate in Torrance, CA to drive sales and deliver personalized service with product expertise. You will build customer relationships, educate on trends, and maintain a ready sales floor in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, guiding customers on style and value, and contributing to brand education and a positive shopping experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to understand sales reporting, educate customers on brands, and recommend products suited to their style and wardrobe.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and offer confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate customers and coworkers on products, trends, and brand knowledge.
• Maintain the department through stocking, merchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Support sales growth by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and sharing product feedback.
