Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Designated Selling Associate to drive sales while representing a fashion brand and delivering personalized customer service in our in-store environment in San Jose. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and support a customer-ready department.

You will set and achieve goals through in-store and digital selling, advise on style and wardrobe needs, and help with stock, displays, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion, product, and customer wardrobe knowledge.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident advice on style, fit, and wardrobe needs.
• Share product knowledge and brand trends with customers and peers.
• Support stocking, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and review sales reporting against goals.
