Carter’s Retail Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them through our baby essentials and school prep lines.

You’ll contribute to a friendly, inclusive store atmosphere, participate in promotions, and help maintain a well-stocked floor while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products and promotions
• Resolve customer issues promptly while balancing multiple customers in a busy store
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe environment
