Qualifications

• Executes and expedites point of sale transactions.
• Performs floor replenishment and stocking tasks.
• Explains promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues in a fast-paced retail setting while balancing multiple customers.
• Support omnichannel experiences to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Process sales at the POS and complete transactions quickly.
• Restock shelves and prepare shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
