OGeez! Brands in New Jersey is seeking a Brand Representative to join our fast-growing cannabis-infused gummy brand. You will engage customers, educate partners, and support marketing initiatives across events and campaigns.

Responsibilities include field reporting, product sampling at launches, and capturing brand moments for social media. We value strong public speaking, creativity, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or related consumer-focused field.
• Proven track record representing brands in marketing and events.
• Experience in cannabis industry and/or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Strong public speaking and messaging to crowds.
• Creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on OGeez! products for clear communication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns and strategies.
• Submit detailed daily mission reports with high level of detail to Marketing Manager.
• Educate consumers and retail partners about our products daily.
• Capture photos in the field for internal recaps and social media.
• Build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to marketing.
• Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and internal workshops.
• Maintain a positive image of the brand.
• Other tasks as assigned.

We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Brand Representative to join our team.

Day-to-day activities:

• Be up to speed on all OGeez! products to ensure clear communication.
• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies when requested.
• Clear detailed mission reports due daily with high level of detail to Marketing Manager.
• Must be a team player and able to work well in various group settings.
• Educate consumers & retail partners about our products daily.
• Capturing photos in the field to tell the story of each mission for internal recaps and social media.
• Build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalated complaints to the marketing department.
• Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows when scheduled.
• Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and internal workshops.
• Maintain a positive image of the brand.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

You’ll be a good candidate if you have:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• College degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related study.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or related consumer-focused field preferred.
• Proven track record representing brands in the marketing and event field.
• Experience in the cannabis industry and/or consumer packaged goods (including alcohol sales) preferred.
• An exceptional ability to speak in public and articulate messaging to crowds of various sizes.
• A creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
