Altar’d State in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service and drive revenue. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean store environment at the 152 - Fashion Mall at Keystone location.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest’s needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to the Altar’d State service standards.
• Acknowledges, interacts and builds relationships with guests; creates guest loyalty.
• Consistently receives positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
• Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks with a guest focus.
• Performs register transactions quickly and efficiently; handles cash and provides change without error.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports potential hazards to leadership.
• Participates in inventory preparation and uses time and attendance system as scheduled.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
