Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life by engaging customers, offering styling guidance, and creating a welcoming environment.

You’ll help on the sales floor, process purchases, support omni-channel orders, and participate in training and development as part of a global team that celebrates individuality.

Responsibilities

• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.

What You’ll Do
