Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, assisting them in finding products, and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented environment.

You will support customer service across the sales floor, assist with omni-channel orders, and help keep the store organized through replenishment, checkout, and returns, with opportunities for career advancement and a merchandise discount.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
