Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Burlington, MA is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.

You’ll provide warm, attentive service, assist with product styling and replenishment, and ensure a clean, visually appealing sales floor. You’ll also handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and support in-store pickup and ship-from-store orders.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

Pay

The starting rate for this position is $15.75 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $15.75 - $15.75 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
