Job Description

As a Brand Representative at Valley Wide L.L.C., you will embody the face of our brand as you engage with our customer base and potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing solutions that align perfectly with their objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that correspond to client needs and market trends.
• Implement marketing plans that include promotional materials, external and internal advertising, and other marketing media.
• Manage client needs regularly while cultivating new leads to grow the client database.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Offer free services when applicable to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and effective promotional displays, and product presentations including carpets, floors, or furniture when necessary to showcase the company's commitment to high standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable answers and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
