Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to support the Xero Shoes brand. You will create in-store displays, elevate brand presence, and engage with store teams and customers.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with competitive pay starting at $24 per hour, travel incentives, and a flexible schedule shaped with store management. Store visits occur monthly, with certification required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience.
• Experience in a retail setting.
• Friendly personality and ability to build relationships with store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to solve problems and manage time autonomously.
• Comfortable with technology to use the ThirdChannel app.

Responsibilities

• Create displays that align with Xero Shoes style and draw customers.
• Elevate the in-store presence of Xero Shoes.
• Merchandise footwear by category and ensure displays meet guidelines.
• Engage with associates and customers to raise brand awareness.
• Check inventory in stock room to keep floors stocked.
• Plan and manage your own store visit schedule in your market.
• Complete store visit reports via ThirdChannel app with photos and summaries.
