You will visit stores, build compelling displays, and capture insights using the ThirdChannel app. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, monthly store visits, and competitive pay starting at $24/hour with travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience.
• Experience in a retail setting.
• Friendly personality and ability to build strong relationships with store team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously.
• Comfortable with technology to install, and navigate, the ThirdChannel app.
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10+).

Responsibilities

• Create footwear displays that align with Xero Shoes style and draw in customers.
• Elevate Xero Shoes' in-store presence.
• Merchandise footwear by product category and ensure displays meet brand guidelines.
• Engage with associates and consumers to increase brand awareness and highlight features and benefits.
• Check inventory in stock room to ensure styles are on the floor.
• Commit to and manage your own schedule of store visits in your assigned market.
• Complete store visit reports via ThirdChannel app with photos and visit summaries.
