Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will travel to local stores, conduct hourly audits, and report findings via the ThirdChannel App.

As an independent contractor, you’ll visit stores twice per month, with immediate start dates after certification. This role offers flexible hours, travel incentives, and the chance to earn supplemental income while representing recognized

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation, visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audits then follow-up visits, evolving into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App for surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
