Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand in the McMinnville, TN area. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate brand presence.

Store visits are one hour each and scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control: conduct store visits to evaluate presentation, visibility, and conditions.
• Visit execution: initial audits followed by follow-up visits and merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving brand/display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.

About the Role

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market. This is a highly flexible, supplemental income opportunity, with immediate start dates available upon certification. Success looks like accurate, on-time audits, strong brand visibility, and a well-maintained presence across your assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Audits & Quality Control

Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.

Visit Execution

Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.

Display & Merchandising Fixes

Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.

Technology & Reporting

Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions.
• Additional travel incentive added to every store visit.
• Independent contractor (1099) position offering excellent supplemental income.

• Store visits scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit (total store count/monthly hours will vary by market).
