BRAND R STUDIO is seeking a Growth & Content Analyst to support the scaling of operations and content strategies in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

At BRAND R STUDIO, the Growth & Content Analyst is a key support role designed to help scale the studio’s presence and operations by bridging creativity, structure, and execution. This person works directly with the founder to ideate and implement content strategies, support sales processes, coordinate internal operations, and assist in managing select client projects.

The role requires a unique combination of creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate ideas into action. It’s ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, storytelling, and growth strategy—and is eager to grow with a forward-thinking creative agency.

Responsibilities

Content Execution :

  • A consistent, high-quality content calendar is maintained across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Weekly content ideas are proposed that align with BRAND R STUDIO’s pillars (branding, fashion, AI, storytelling, business mindset).
  • Social media posts, articles, and reels are created and published on schedule, with strong engagement and alignment with brand voice.

Growth Support

  • Lead follow-ups are happening without delays, meetings are being scheduled smoothly, and the founder has increased focus on high-level sales and client work.
  • Key sales materials (presentations, proposals) are organized and ready to use.
  • Simple marketing campaigns (e.g., email or Meta ads) are set up or coordinated on time when needed.

Organizational Impact

  • Notion, Trello, and Google Drive are consistently updated, with all materials accessible and easy to navigate.
  • Client files, calendars, and communications are well-coordinated.
  • The founder feels supported, unblocked, and has more time to focus on sales, brand strategy, and business growth.

Qualifications

Core Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to write clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills – able to manage multiple tasks, keep deadlines, and stay focused.
  • Creative thinking and visual sensibility – understands how content should look and feel across platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Basic video editing skills – able to trim reels, organize clips, and use tools like CapCut or Canva for simple edits.
  • Social media fluency – knows how to use social media strategically, not just post; understands trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset – takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfort with feedback and iteration – open to learning, improving, and refining work based on creative direction.

Experience (Preferred but not required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. content creator, marketing assistant, social media coordinator, junior strategist).
  • Experience supporting creative businesses, branding studios, fashion brands, or agencies is a plus.
  • Background working with remote teams or freelancers is a bonus.

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • CapCut or basic video editing platforms

Education (Flexible)

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, Journalism, or related field is a plus—but not required.
  • We value real-world experience, passion, and attitude over formal education.
