Responsibilities

• Treat licensees fairly according to terms and conditions, as audited by The National Archives and Information Commissioner’s Office
• Govern disputes with infringers and complainants, including cease and desist letters and potential legal actions with advice from DfT/IPO/The National Archives/HM Treasury or Cabinet Office
• Builds business cases for Brand Protection Lead to present to DVSA Corporate Senior Leaders (CSLs)
• Develop knowledge of Civil Service networks and provide advisory support on illustration, design and graphic communications
• Prepare reports and papers in collaboration with relevant internal departments
