WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a production design expert to join our Brand & Creative team. Do you take a thoughtful and fresh approach to your deliverables, while maintaining a cohesive look across assets? Do you have validated art production experience that will ensure delivery of top-notch creative assets that promote successful engagement of prospects and users of Snowflake?

The Production Designer will work with the production studio within the Brand & Creative Design team and report into the Senior Lead, Creative Production Design. You will work to deliver assets using brand styles to maintain a consistent experience across all delivery. You will collaborate with a growing team of production designers to deliver various assets within deadlines. You have a keen eye for good design and balance but understand this is a production role, not a designer role.

  5. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency at scale. THINK BIG!
  6. Navigate surge periods of production effectively, managing your projects and seeking help when needed.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:
  1. Experience working in a distributed model, managing time zones for key connections with the Corporate Brand & Creative team in Menlo Park, CA.
  2. Proven experience managing a high volume of tasks concurrently.
  3. Strong background in print with a record of delivering digital design assets. Proficiency in PPT and experience creating large environmental assets for OOH and events.
  4. Validated problem-solver with knowledge of creative workflows.
  5. Self-motivated, flexible, process-driven, and adaptable to rapid change in a deadline-driven environment.
  6. Comfortable with problem-solving while maintaining calm under pressure.
