Job summary

Tavus is a fast-growing AI research lab building PALs to connect humans and machines with empathy at scale. We are seeking a Brand & Product Designer to bridge marketing and product, shaping Tavus’ visual identity and user experience from first impression to lifecycle.

The role emphasizes leading brand work (≈80%) and product collaboration (≈20%), delivering cinematic marketing assets and polished product moments.

Qualifications

• Holistic thinker who understands that a user journey starts before login.
• Experience shaping brand and product design across web and marketing assets.
• Able to work with design systems and contribute to product moments.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Tavus brand across website, social presence, and sales collateral.
• Ensure a seamless visual language from ad-click to persona deployment.
• Optimize high‑traffic marketing surfaces to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with product to integrate branding into onboarding flows and empty states.
• Push the ceiling on IA, typography, and messaging.
