Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Finance professional to serve as the main business partner for a vehicle line within the Sales & Marketing Finance organization, owning profitability targets and collaborating with Brand and Sales Operations.

You will develop pricing, trim & option mix strategies, analyze incentives, prepare monthly KPIs, and present recommendations to senior Brand leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing Finance (preferred).
• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Being an operating partner with Brand Management supporting all commercial initiatives as the Finance representative.
• Leading all competitive pricing initiatives for respective vehicle line(s).
• Leading all financial analysis and supporting strategy development initiatives to help achieve Brand/vehicle line financial targets.
• Developing & presenting monthly KPI’s and identifying areas of risk and opportunity to Sr. Brand Leadership and Brand CEO.
• Collaborating with the Brand in preparing and evaluating business cases consisting of product change proposals, trim & option mix, volume, etc. Assist in identifying or developing alternative strategies when proposal is not financially sound.
• Support Commercial Committee presentations and preparation through financial analysis.
