Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Brand and Project Management Specialist to join our Sales, Marketing and Communications team. You will develop, manage, and execute marketing and advertising efforts for our corporate and community brand identities, and also serve as the PMO lead for major company initiatives and events.

You will work with design, communications, and operations, ensure Brand Style Guide alignment, and coordinate planning for brand reviews and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions related to advertising and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Brand Management lead and manage the Brand Style Guide reviews.
• Serve as PMO lead for high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate development of executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and board audiences.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Workfront.
