Position Overview
We are seeking an imaginative and results-driven Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with qualified brands and their agencies, educating stakeholders about the Passes platform and our creator community, and driving revenue for both Passes and the creators who empower us. Your goal will be to build a sustainable and repeatable partnership framework that drives business-level results for brands and creators alike.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Development & Management
    • Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with advertising & marketing specialists at brands and agencies.
    • Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing questions or concerns and anticipating their needs in collaboration with the Passes Success team.
    • Work closely with internal teams to address issues and ensure satisfaction for clients and creators.
    • Develop and deliver best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  2. Educate & Consult
    • Create compelling sales presentations that align with our platform’s mission and values, utilizing data to craft a persuasive narrative.
    • Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to keep clients informed of industry trends and platform innovations.
    • Coordinate with external clients and internal teams to plan and execute key initiatives.
  3. Market Research and Analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and marketing landscape.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
  4. Drive Revenue
    • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities that benefit brands and our creator community.
    • Manage your own book of business with data-informed lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
    • Analyze sales cycles and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, advertising sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong presentation skills from deck development to pitch delivery.
  • Understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and agencies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
