Base pay range

About The Role

Franki’s Sales team seeks a Brand Partnerships Manager responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and demand. This role focuses on co-branded marketing initiatives, revenue-sharing agreements, and lead referrals. It requires a strategic, autonomous professional capable of navigating a competitive landscape, managing cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Note: Candidates residing in AZ, CA, FL, GA, TX will be given first consideration.

What you’ll do
  • Build and maintain relationships with target accounts through proactive outreach.
  • Identify, research, and pursue partnership opportunities, such as POS system providers, food supply chain vendors, and complementary tech brands.
  • Develop and present proposals for co-branded marketing, revenue-sharing, and lead referral partnerships.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns and ensure partnership success.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key partners, providing regular communication and support.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Address challenges to optimize outcomes.
  • Uphold Franki’s core values of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration.
Candidate Profile

You’re a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
  • 4+ years in partnership sales or related roles.
  • Availability for travel, including in-person meetings and industry events.

Bonus points if you have...

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience at a food-focused consumer tech company.
