Job summary

Dude Perfect is seeking an Account Coordinator to be the day-to-day engine behind our brand partnerships. You’ll be the primary contact for partner operations, support the Account Executive on deal development, and help activation run smoothly across YouTube, social, and live events.

You’re organized, client-focused, and excited to help one of the world’s most-watched entertainment brands deliver seamless sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in account management, partnership marketing, or client services within sports, entertainment, digital media, or advertising.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and deck-building skills for client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience and be the primary day-to-day contact for partner teams at Manager/Director level.
• Support the Account Executive in deal development, pitch decks, and renewal materials; ensure data accuracy in HubSpot.
