THE-TEAM, based in the United States, is seeking a motivated professional to join a Brands Retainer Client team, supporting a global account. You will manage multiple facets of the client’s partnership portfolio, assist with project coordination, measurements, and presentations, and help implement timelines and budgets to meet partnership objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and internship experience (sports/entertainment preferred).
• 1-2 years' work experience in account and project management (sports/entertainment preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on partnership guidelines and activation guardrails to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities.
• Lead day-to-day management of select partnerships and manage asset delivery and client activations.
• Oversee fulfillment of contractual assets including creative briefing, trafficking, and approvals.
