Job summary

Colwen Management Inc. is hiring Housekeepers for the new Moxy & Residence Inn Portland Thompson's Point. You will help create a welcoming, comfortable space that makes guests feel at home and support a brand-new dual-branded Marriott hotel.

You will clean and stock rooms to brand standards, manage supplies, and respond to guest requests with care and discretion. Flexible weekend/holiday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience; hotel experience is a plus.
• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion with guest privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prioritize rooms to meet daily goals.
• Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms to brand standards.
• Make beds, replenish linens, restock amenities, and ensure a fresh space.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and common guest areas.
• Vacuum, dust, and maintain surfaces; ensure accuracy of details.
• Respond promptly to guest and team requests with courtesy.
• Report maintenance needs to keep rooms in top condition.
• Assist with laundry operations as needed.
• Complete final room inspections prior to guest arrival.
